Our 30-square-meter kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to allow groups to prepare their meals in complete autonomy, whether you are 20, 80, or up to 130 guests!
It features everything you need to cook and serve large meals in excellent conditions :
- Two large cooking ranges (5 gas burners each) with electric fan ovens
- A double-sink unit and a professional catering sink (plonge)
- Four refrigerators and two freezer compartments
- A professional dishwasher with a fast 3-minute cycle
- A large stainless steel prep table
- Tables and chairs for 130 people included (rectangular tables measuring 220x80cm, seating 8 people each)
You will also find: a coffee percolator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of tableware for 130 guests (plates, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cutlery, serving dishes, pots, large pans, bowls, cups, and cooking utensils).
This space is perfect for home-cooked meals or for hosting your professional caterer. To make food service easier during your events, the kitchen is located right next to our main reception hall.
